cara upgrade versi Android

Ini sekedar berbagi tips mengenai cara upgrade versi Android, tentunya sebagai pemilik smartphone berbasis Android aktivitas upgrade ke versi terbaru sistem operasi mobile besutan Google ini wajib anda ketahui.

Dan di internet telah banyak membahas cara dan tutorial berserta langkah-langkah untuk update ke versi teranyar dan tercanggih OS Android, meskipun sebenarnya cara upgrade versi Android urusan mudah. Namun begitu tidak ada salahnya ikutan berbagi.

Biasanya upgrade bisa dilakukan via OTA, namun tidak semua ponsel menerima pemberitahuan OTA. Oleh karenanya lakukan cara manual update versi Android di posting ini, melalui menu System Software Updates.

Dan saat posting ini saya tulis versi Android terbaru ialah Jelly Bean, misalkan versi yang anda gunakan adalah Ice Cream Sandwich dan ingin upgrade, maka ikuti cara upgrade versi Android berikut ini.

Hal yang perlu dilakukan sebelum update versi Android:

• Pastikan di memori eksternal anda ruang kosong paling tidak 200 MB atau 100 MB. Karena versi terbaru akan disimpan di memori eksternal.
• Backup SMS Android">Backup SMS dan data-data anda lainnya, saat terjadi proses update atau upgrade maka ia akan melakukan overwrite (meniban) dan menghapus data yang ada. Seperti kontak, dstnya. Karenanya backup data-data itu sebelum upgrade anda tempuh.
• Gunakan koneksi internet yang kuat dan lancar, karena kita akan gunakan internet untuk proses update. Atau cari hotspot Wi-fi. Dan lainnya.

Cara upgrade versi Android:

1. Nyalakan smartphone / tablet Android anda, kemudian menuju Setting >> About Phone >> System Software Updates. Perangkat anda akan langsung mencari versi Android tersedia untuk di download.
2. Setelah download selesai, maka pilih Restart & Install agar proses update dimulai.
3. Ponsel anda akan restart secara otomatis, ketika nyala maka sistem operasi Android baru sudah terinstall.

Dan cara lain upgrade versi Android bisa dengan download aplikasi update OS ini di Google PlayStore. Terserah yang mana yang menurut kamu paling cocok. Semoga bermanfaat.
